Incident Investigation

We conduct detailed investigations and root-cause analysis in order to implement measures to lower the risk of recurrence. This includes but not limited to, simulations, scenario planning and residual risk assessments.

We generally use the RCAT for conducting incident investigations but can align to our clients' internal processes. However, we recommend following global best practices in this regard.
